By accessing or using this website (the “Website”) or purchasing products from us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Website immediately. These Terms apply to all users of the Website, including but not limited to browsers, customers, vendors, and contributors of content. Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict any mandatory consumer rights under applicable Canadian law.

You are responsible for ensuring that any account information, billing details, or personal data you provide to us is accurate and up to date. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion.
 

4. Product Information and Caffeine Advisory
Mokable produces edible coffee products made from specialty coffee beans. We aim to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and information displayed on the Website are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that such information is complete, error-free, current, or suitable for your particular needs. Ingredients, nutritional values, and packaging information may change without notice. It is your responsibility to review product labels and instructions upon receipt.
 

Caffeine Advisory:
Mokable edible coffee contains caffeine. While not intended for young children, consumption is at the purchaser’s discretion. Individuals who are pregnant, breastfeeding, sensitive to caffeine, or with medical conditions should consult a healthcare professional prior to consumption.
 

5. Ordering and Payment Terms
All prices listed on the Website are in Canadian dollars (CAD), unless otherwise stated. By placing an order, you agree to pay all charges associated with the purchase, including applicable taxes and shipping fees. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time for reasons including product availability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or violation of these Terms. If an order is cancelled after payment, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Payments are processed through approved third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment details on our servers.
 

6. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship orders within Canada only. Processing time is typically 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and statutory holidays. Delivery timelines displayed at checkout are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or external circumstances beyond our control. Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you once the order has been delivered to the carrier. Mokable is not responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen packages once in the carrier’s possession.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Due to the consumable nature of our products and for health and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on edible goods. Refunds or replacements will only be provided for products that are defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect. To request a refund or replacement, you must contact us at hello@mokable.com within 3 days of delivery, provide your order number, and include photographic evidence of the issue. Requests made after this period or without required documentation may be denied. Mokable reserves the right to determine whether a product qualifies for a refund or replacement.

8. Intellectual Property and Brand Protection
All content on the Website, including but not limited to product concepts, micro-ground formulations, recipes, text, images, logos, packaging designs, digital assets, videos, layouts, and branding elements (collectively, the “Content”), is the exclusive property of Mokable and protected under Canadian and international intellectual property laws. Maximum Brand and Innovation Protection:
Mokable is a unique edible coffee innovation. Any attempt to imitate, reproduce, reverse-engineer, modify, translate, deconstruct, replicate, create derivative or “inspired by” products or concepts based on Mokable’s edible coffee format, micro-ground process, formulations, website content, creative assets, packaging, brand storytelling, or product photography is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized use may result in legal action. No part of the Content may be copied, reused, altered, sold, resold, published, or distributed for commercial or competitive purposes without our prior written consent. Unauthorized resale of Mokable products, including on third-party websites or marketplaces, is strictly prohibited unless formally approved by Mokable.

9. Personal Information and Privacy
Your submission of personal information through the Website is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using this Website, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in that policy.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mokable, its directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Website or purchase of products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Website or the purchase of products shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific purchase giving rise to the claim.
