Our Refund Policy

Because Mokable is an edible product, all sales are considered final for safety and quality reasons. However, we stand behind the care and craftsmanship of our products, and if there is an issue with your order, we are here to help.

We offer refunds or replacements only in cases where an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Eligible resolutions include:

  • Replacement of the product, or

  • Refund to the original payment method

     

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.

To help us assist you quickly, include the following in your request:

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the problem

Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 business days.
 

Non-Eligible Situations

We are unable to provide refunds or replacements in the following situations:

  • Change of mind or personal taste preferences

  • Items that have been opened, consumed, or partially consumed

  • Requests submitted more than 3 business days after delivery

  • Products purchased through third-party retailers or partners (please contact them directly)

     

Third-Party Purchases

If you purchased Mokable through a retail partner, hotel, café, or other reseller, their return and refund policies apply. Please contact the place of purchase directly.

Quality & Satisfaction

We take pride in the quality of Mokable’s edible coffee and inspect every order prior to shipment. If you ever have feedback about your experience, even if it doesn’t fall under this policy, we’d still love to hear from you. Your input helps us continuously improve.
