Shipping Policy
Overview
This Shipping Policy outlines how Mokable Canada Inc. (“Mokable”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) processes and delivers customer orders placed through our website. Our goal is to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience as we bring our edible coffee to customers across Canada.
As we continue to enhance our fulfillment operations, including onboarding a dedicated third-party logistics (3PL) partner, some details may evolve. Any updates will be reflected on this page.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to addresses within Canada only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. As our operations grow, we may expand shipping to additional regions.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding statutory holidays).
Processing time refers to the time required to prepare, package, and hand off your order to the carrier.
During peak seasons, product launches, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If delays occur, we will do our best to communicate proactively.
Shipping Method & Delivery Time
All orders are shipped via standard shipping. Delivery timelines vary based on destination within Canada but generally range from 3–8 business days after dispatch.
Please note that shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control, including weather disruptions, high-volume seasons, or operational issues.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are currently subject to change as we transition to a new fulfillment partner.
Final rates will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
As we refine our logistics and 3PL partnership, our shipping rates and options may be updated to better serve our customers.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes tracking information, if available.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to activate.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
Mokable is not responsible for orders delayed or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.
If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@mokable.com. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable time, please reach out to us at hello@mokable.com so we can assist.
While carrier delays and lost parcels are outside of our direct control, we will work with you and the carrier to resolve the situation as best as possible.
Changes to This Shipping Policy
We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our shipping practices, carriers, or fulfillment partners. Updates will be posted on this page and take effect immediately upon posting.
