Mokable can also be referred to as 'Edible Coffee Squares.'
Born in Japan, Mokable transforms whole coffee beans into a smooth, chocolate-like treat. We honour the full journey of the coffee bean. Think of Mokable as eating a whole coffee bean.
It captures the full aroma and flavour of the bean while eliminating traditional coffee grind waste, offering an entirely new way to experience coffee.
There is no cacao or cocoa powder in Mokable, 100% whole, specialty microgrind coffee with a few other delicious ingredients to give it a silky texture.
Right now, Mokable is served through premium hospitality partners. Soon, you’ll find it in snacks and confections like granola bars and ice cream from your favourite brands.
