Mokable didn’t start with a product. It began with a question: What if coffee could be enjoyed to its fullest, every particle of flavour, no single grind left behind? From that question, a journey unfolded.

From Japan, with Craft

Coffee, spent years in R&D crafting coffee beverages.There, he witnessed the massive amount of grind waste produced in the brewing process and began to wonder: what if we could enjoy coffee without wasting a single grind?

(02) The Problem

Brewing Leaves 70% Behind

Conventional brewing extracts only a fraction of the bean’s potential. Up to 70% of its aroma, oils, and flavour compounds are left behind in the grounds—locked away in the very parts of the coffee that carry its deepest character. It’s the purest essence of the bean, the part that never reaches the cup. Mokable reclaims what brewing leaves behind, transforming the whole coffee bean into something you can truly taste, not waste.

(03) The Innovation

Micro-Ground Technology

Our solution is to micro-grind the whole coffee bean into an ultra-fine, edible powder—preserving its aroma, oils, antioxidants, and natural complexity instead of losing them to brewing. We unlock flavours and textures that normally stay trapped in the grounds. This gentle, precise process keeps the coffee’s full character intact, allowing it to melt smoothly on the tongue and deliver a depth of taste you’d never experience from a traditional brew.

Volcancito SHG

Volcancito SHG is a distinguished Costa Rican specialty coffee, cultivated between 1,250 and 1,700 meters in elevation by producer Alejo Khale Castro on the renowned Volcán Azul Estate. This washed Caturra, primarily from younger trees, is popularly roasted for espresso, offering notes of honey, dark chocolate, citrus, nuts, and caramel on a silky body.
